I have struggled to find a goog gag for extended play. Sessions range, but can be as much as 3 to 4 hours long. Now I have not used or done a session yet that long but I’m optimistic after a 2 hour event and my sub was able to wear as long as needed. So if you like to not hear more than a muffled whimper or moan, this might be perfect. You will have to remove when you want to feed your sub, minor inconvenience that might be.

I generally don’t have high expectations for toys on Amazon, especially unusual ones, but I have to say this one really surprised me! It’s a very soft gag, but seems to hold up well to chewing, and the little slot for your tongue really makes it a lot more cozy than I’d expect.
The other surprise is the strap they provide is made of BioThane, a high quality, waterproof leather-like strap that’s frequently used in dog leashes. I found it to be way too long and used a drill bit to make two new holes (they’re 1.5cm apart), but it’s easy to trim shorter if needed.
The gag is a bit on the small side, not unusable by any means, but it would be nice to have a large option

For thirty dollars at time of review, you would think that the makers of this ball gag could bother to actually use real silicone. Instead, it is that super-shiny silica-gel that tends to melt in contact with real silicone rubber. Most silicone rubber is chemically inert & won’t melt in contact with other silicone rubber. This stuff is a cheaper option that a lot of people go with. It’s not porous, but isn’t exactly body-safe. The strap seems alright, but that’s just a decent imitation leather and a chrome-plated steel buckle. So if they bothered to do that well with the strap, why not with the gag? Give this one a pass. I think it’s better to get some things at a physical store.

Extremely comfortable to wear for an extended time. This gag completely fills the mouth and keeps the tongue from moving at all. Talking of any kind is impossible. The drool factor is significant…starts almost immediately and doesn’t stop until the gag is removed. The soft rubber material allows for some jaw movement and doesn’t force the mouth to be held open at a painful angle like a ball gag. There was no smell or taste from the rubber.
The only discomfort I felt was from the part holding my tongue. The underside rubbed against the skin underneath my tongue. I’m going to cut a small notch to alleviate this. Also, the gag does form a complete seal so, as another reviewer noted, swallowing is difficult. As long as I was standing, sitting, lying on my side, or lying on my stomach, I was fine. As soon as I was on my back, I started to have some issues with excess saliva. The strap seems to be of good quality. The only addition I would make is to make the strap lockable to really add to the feeling of helplessness. Overall, I think it’s a good value.
