You can only mumble, and it fills your whole mouth, or maybe i just have a small mouth,takes practice to use and not instantly gag, basically acts as a suction cup around your tongue. Have not used during PLAY yet hard to swallow saliva, highly recommend training to wear before play, but Sir was very interested and can wait to hear my uniteligable mumbles, and pleading eyes.

Review from a sub here, tried it on and it feels good! Haven’t put it through a rough scene yet but I doubt im gonna bite through it. Fills up the mouth nicely and provides yours passed the probably non existent QC this is a viable way to save 100$ from buying the silencilicone or moanspeak ones. 4 starts cuz slight deformation on one of the mouth guard bits but doesnt effect the function or cause discomfort. You can’t begin to speak a word with this thing in so go on give it a shot.

It has a strong chemical odor that won’t go away despite soaking in 6% vinegar for over 24 hours and washing with dish soap and boiling water. Against my better judgment, I tried using it anyway, and the taste is equally bad.
Also, the tongue cavity is notably lopsided, and there were already cracks inside along the corners that can trap bacteria.
It doesn’t quite fill my whole mouth, which at least means no gagging or difficulty swallowing (a plus or minus, depending on preference).
