The actual kit is OK. The hangers appear to be able to support some weight. The real problem will be a person’s door. To Hang a full person’s weight on the top of a door may end up with the door breaking. I would not want to take that chance. On the other hand I suppose you could create some strong structure to use this kit on

Kind of cheap, Hardware feels to me like it may break if used on someone a bit stronger then average.
Doorframe sling is impossible to actually use, uncomfortable, can really sit in it.

I wanted to use this by myself for photography and videography (yes, I have one of those pages), but it was not meant to be. You really need a partner for this. It is possible to get into by yourself by removing and attaching the carabiners separately, but you still have to not only be flexible but also have to take your hands off the cable handle to do so. Taking your hands off the handles can be risky, and you can fall and hurt yourself if you slip off the seat. The quality of the seat is very poor too. Might be OK if you’re only 100 lbs. I also ordered the red one too, and if you have two of these you can combine them to make it a little more stable. But it’s still hard to do by yourself.

Know your limits, or in this case, know your door frames limits as this does put a lot of strain on your door framing when in use. I don’t trust using this with the hollow doors in my house.
The kit comes with decent accessories, so if you are looking for hand or ankle restraints this is a good combo package.
Quality is ok, not top tier but it doesn’t cost top tier either. So about as expected.
