I joked to my husband that this set wasn’t fat girl friendly, because it’s incredibly awkward. I’m a size 16 for reference. The wedge is fairly uncomfortable, the fuzzy exterior is pretty rough, and feels really hard in comparison to a real pillow. It made breathing difficult. I’d say the cuffs are more for looks than for playing.

Why strain muscles when you can relax? Given activity for the intended use of the pillow it’s actually a great support. Softer pillows give and the inflatable one helps you…stabilize. The support if great for bracing and for comfort throughout any activity. Depending the positioning you don’t have to overwork your muscles so you can be active longer.
Overall the material is decent and but it’s a suede like texture that may not clean easily. It was full of dust right out of the package so it will attract a lot of lint and anything liquid is likely to mark. The nozzle is simple enough to operate and there’s nothing about the markings that indicate its intended purpose so it really looks like any other pillow support you might use for PT reasons. The cuffs are a basic set and nothing fancy (very very thin foam but soft) and they are functional. If you’re just starting out with exploring this type of set it’s decent: don’t expect long-term use at this price point, but it’ll definitely last for a bit…
The pillow also works as a great back support or under knee rest when lounging.

I already had a set of these handcuffs from this manufacturer, and go into more detail in my review on that listing, but long story short, they’re definitely okay as a starter set to just try things out and they’ll do the job, but if you enjoy them you’ll want to invest in something nicer eventually. The Velcro has decent hold; I actually use mine along with some stretching tie-down straps to help secure a ladder in my truck.
I really got this for the pillow, which is a pretty good deal on its own. The 20-ish degree angle is perfect for an anti-snore pillow, or to prop up while reading in bed. Likewise, if you need to elevate your legs or feet it will work just as well. And of course, it will do the job for the hips as well.

I really only recommend this if you’re looking for something small that you can be rough with and not worry if it gets punctured or broken, etc. It’s fun for what it is, but expect it to be super basic. As long as you know that, you’ll have a good time.

I actually ordered this for the wedge pillow, because I’m tired of using a regular pillow for my legs as I’m trying to learn sleeping on my back. Having an inflatable pillow will be so much more convenient than traveling with extra pillows. I slept with this pillow under/between my knees last night, and it kept the air just fine. I like the velvet like material that keeps it from being noisy or hot, and it fits nicely under a standard pillow case. It seems like it will be easily washable and it doesn’t have any weird plastic smell.
Since it came with the restraints, I “forced” my husband to try them on, and made him call me “mistress”. Just kidding. But the idea is certainly intriguing… The snaps on the restraints probably do the job but they aren’t the highest quality. They are a little sticky and probably not very strong so don’t be hanging from the ceiling or anything like that. Otherwise, the Velcro really holds well and they are a fun novelty item.
