This is made from thin pleather with cheap metal, and worst of all a plastic ball gag. Those just hurt the teeth. You expect it to be at least decent in some regard, but I don’t even think the hook is worth it, as it’s likely to contain nickel, which invites allergic reactions. Better to put the whole thing in the recycling bin, and call it done.
