This was easy to inflate just by mouth though of course it would be faster and easier if you happen to have a pump. I was able to inflate it to the point of being pretty firm with no issues and after weeks of being inflated it has barely lost any air.
The size and shape works out great for helping in different positions, so it does what it’s intended to. Definitely not a must have, but certainly helps to make certain position easier and/or more interesting.

Imagine taking a vinyl inflatable mattress, cutting a corner off, running a tube through it, and calling it a sex pillow. Did we have fun with it? Sure. Was it effective? Not really. You have to insert your toy before you inflate the pillow which is fine. It means it’s hard to adjust once inflated and then the weight of the top topples it over. You could get it set up where you cradle the pillow between your backside and legs, but that takes the fun out of it.

This is a very comfortable blow-up saddle for toy play. It was a little bit of a chore to blow up, but once inflated, it provides a nice cushioning ride. Just mount your toy of choice in the hole and hop on. It appears to take a decent amount of weight. Overall, it is a great find. I did not use the included cuffs but with the right person, this would be a fun option.

Easy to blow up, just took a few minutes. The pillow really does hold a lot of weight, which is a good thing. I’m not really sure about cleaning it up though… it’s probably never going to be truly clean, which kind of makes me feel icky. Another note on how the fabric is made, the seams that join the pieces of the pillow together are rather rough, i found them pretty uncomfortable on bare skin. And then there’s the hole… well its a great idea, but won’t really accommodate and average sized dildo if it has the suction cup bottom, as the hole in the pillow is too small. Nice addition of strap cuffs, they can accommodate all wrist/ankle sizes and are fairly comfortable.

The pillow is really firm and stable when fully inflated. I initially tried to inflate with mouth but ended up using an electric pump. Both myself and my wife are not too big so it worked but I can imagine that for a lot of people it might be a little small. If you are not on the larger size this can be great. The pictures give an idea of different positions to try and it has a hole to house a wand which is nice. The cuffs are decent and overall its a good package for the price.
