I bought this to use under a mask without the hose and bulb being in the way. The ‘flanges’ would keep it from going to deeply into my mouth. It didn’t work out that way.
If the gag’s curve goes down the throat, the top flange hits your nose; and it didn’t take much before my airway was blocked. Horizontal flanges have the gag curved under my teeth, which is okay. Pumping it almost forces it out of my mouth; a ring gag, or tying it, prevents that. Again, it is easy to pump up to much and either block the airway, or potentially dislocate the jaw.
I do not indulge in anal play, and do not have the other, so I do not know how well it would be inserted.
