This thing is shaped all wrong. The sheath part should be straight instead of curved downward. It leaks everywhere and as a result no liquid travels through the tube. All it did was make a colossal mess.

The only real problem with this is with the materials. Not a fan of the metal insert, nor the vinyl strap and what seems to be a PVC mouthpiece? At the very least it doesn’t seem like silicone.
If it is indeed PVC I would steer clear of this. Otherwise, it works but is a bit unpleasant in use. Though how much you care about *that* aspect is up to you.

the concept and most product materials are great … the penis sleeve would be great if it did not tear as other reviewers have noted. I had no issues otherwise. I warmed up the gag, sleeve and tubing in hot water before using. no leaking. I wrote to the company and hopefully they will send a sleeve that will not tear so easily.

This is probably one of the most humiliating products on Amazon.
The penis part was tight clear rubber. It fit my penis like a tight glove. The tubes needed to be left in hot water until the hoses were soft enough to connect to the rest of the gear. Once I was connected it was like using the urinal except it went down to their mouth, and the strap-on-head gag left them to only drink pee. There is no getting out of this.
The penis part was soft plastic that molds itself to a waterproof penis holder — no matter how much you pee, it stays in the device and they have to drink it. The hoses don’t leak. The gag goes right in their mouth and they have to drink every drop of pee because it doesn’t leak.
The hose parts had to be warmed in very hot water in order to soften them up to connect them. It didn’t leak afterward. They drank all the pee and couldn’t refuse because the gag goes just enough into their mouth.
