This kit is perfect for all bodies. I’m a large woman and it was easy to adjust and use. It can be pulled on without coming loose and is a fun thing to struggle against. It does add a lot of pressure on the neck so be warned. Even with the pillow, it could cause a bit too much pressure but that is normal with anything like this. I definitely like this and can’t wait to get more use out of it.

The velcro around the cuffs is is average quality but should hold up for repeated use. The pillow seems to be an afterthought, but is a good option for those seeking additional padding. Only real complaint would be the paddle – its too flimsy because of the material. Needs to have a little more heft to the (fake) leather to give it support during usage. Would like to have seen additional color options like purple or blue, but that didn’t factor into the review score at all.

My wife and i have and older strap/kit similar to this one, but it just doesn’t compare. Our old one tends to hurt the back of my wife’s legs when we use it. It pinches randomly and gets uncomfortable which pretty much kills the mood if it’s too painful. This restraint on the other hand is total opposite for us. It’s very adjustable and comfortable. She can wear it in multiple ways and not have to worry about those random pinches. It also allows us to explore slightly different positions.

It’s also fairly comfortable. The straps are quite adjustable, to allow for use in a wide range of positions. The only negative was a chemical smell when I first opened it, but that dissipated within a few minutes.
